We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Claims Analyst to join our Agriculture team in Abu Dhabi. The Claims Analyst will be responsible for investigating, analyzing, and processing insurance claims related to agricultural activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture and insurance claims, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze insurance claims related to agricultural activities, including crop damage, equipment failure, and liability claims.
- Conduct thorough investigations to determine the validity of claims and assess the extent of damages.
- Communicate with policyholders, adjusters, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Evaluate claim information, policy coverage, and applicable laws and regulations to make accurate claim decisions.
- Process claims according to company policies and procedures, ensuring timely and accurate payments to policyholders.
- Maintain detailed records of claim activities, correspondence, and payments.
- Provide support and assistance to policyholders throughout the claims process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as underwriting and risk management, to identify trends and implement strategies to mitigate future claims.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Insurance, Business, or a related field.
- [X] years of experience in claims analysis, preferably in the agriculture industry.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, risks, and insurance principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management software.
