We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Claims Clerk to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing and managing claims related to information technology services. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and review claims forms and supporting documentation
- Verify accuracy and completeness of claims information
- Enter claims data into the system accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate with clients and vendors to gather additional information as needed
- Process claims payments and issue reimbursements
- Maintain accurate records of all claims transactions
- Assist with resolving any discrepancies or issues related to claims processing
- Provide support to the claims team as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This is a full-time position based in Sharjah. The salary for this role will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
