We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Claims Representative to join our team in Dubai. As a Claims Representative, you will be responsible for managing and processing claims related to education services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and assessing claims submitted by students, parents, and educational institutions
- Investigating the validity of claims and gathering necessary documentation
- Communicating with claimants, educational institutions, and other stakeholders to gather information and resolve issues
- Analyzing and interpreting policy terms and conditions to determine coverage
- Processing claims efficiently and accurately within established guidelines and timelines
- Negotiating settlements and managing claim payments
- Providing excellent customer service and support to claimants throughout the claims process
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of claims activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in claims processing or a related field
- Knowledge of education services and industry trends
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
