We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Data Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing clinical data within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of clinical data management, including data collection, processing, and analysis
- Develop and maintain data management processes and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and integrity throughout the clinical trial process
- Conduct regular audits of clinical data to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Manage data cleaning and validation activities to ensure accurate and reliable data for analysis
- Prepare and present data reports to internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in clinical data management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred)
