We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the Energy sector. The Clinical Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all clinical operations within the organization, ensuring the highest level of efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline clinical operations and improve efficiency
- Oversee and manage all clinical staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of clinical services
- Develop and implement quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of patient care
- Monitor and analyze clinical data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet operational goals
- Identify and implement new technologies and processes to improve clinical operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Healthcare Administration or Business Administration
- At least 5 years of experience in a clinical operations management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry standards
- Experience in the Energy sector is a plus
