We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Trial Associate to join our team in Ajman within the Energy sector. The Clinical Trial Associate will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of clinical trials to ensure the successful completion of research studies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of clinical trials, including protocol development, study start-up, patient recruitment, and data collection.
- Maintain trial documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with investigators, study sites, and vendors to ensure seamless coordination of trial activities.
- Support monitoring activities, including site visits and data review, to ensure protocol compliance and data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions and responses to queries from regulatory authorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, regulatory affairs, and data management, to ensure timely and successful completion of clinical trials.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and GCP guidelines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
