We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collections Program Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a background in transportation and logistics, with a strong understanding of collections processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement collection strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding debts
- Manage a team of collections specialists, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor and analyze collection performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline collection processes and increase efficiency
- Establish relationships with external partners, such as debt collection agencies, to assist in recovering outstanding debts
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in collections management
- Prepare and present reports on collection activities to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections management, preferably in the transportation and logistics industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and collections management software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
