We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commissioning Manager to join our telecommunications team in Abu Dhabi. The Commissioning Manager will be responsible for overseeing the commissioning process of telecommunications systems, ensuring they are properly installed, tested, and operational.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commissioning plans for telecommunications systems, including equipment installation, integration, and testing
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and technicians to ensure commissioning activities are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to verify that systems are installed correctly and meet industry standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the commissioning process
- Document commissioning activities, including test results, equipment configurations, and system performance data
- Provide training and support to operations teams on newly commissioned systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field
