We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Compliance Auditor to join our team in Dubai. The Compliance Auditor will be responsible for ensuring that our financial services company is in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting regular audits of the company's operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Reviewing and assessing the effectiveness of the company's compliance policies and procedures.
- Identifying potential areas of compliance risk and developing strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Keeping abreast of changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- [X] years of experience in compliance auditing within the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in the UAE and international financial markets.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional certification in compliance auditing (e.g. CAMS, CFE) is a plus.
