Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Computer Network Technician to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading our computer network systems within the Energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in networking and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain computer network systems, including hardware, software, and peripherals
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Perform regular upgrades to ensure systems are up-to-date and secure
- Collaborate with IT team members to design and implement new network solutions
- Provide technical support to end-users and assist with any network-related issues
- Document network configurations and procedures for future reference
- Stay up-to-date on the latest networking technologies and trends

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- [5-8] years of experience in network administration or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs
- Experience with network monitoring tools and software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
