We are seeking a skilled Computer Repair Technician to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware, software, and network issues in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and servers
- Install and update software applications and operating systems
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Perform routine maintenance on computers and peripherals
- Set up and configure new computer systems for employees
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person
- Collaborate with IT team members to implement technology solutions
- Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Repair Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry technology requirements is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- At least 2-5 years of experience in computer repair and maintenance
