We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge Supervisor to join our telecommunications team in Dubai. As a Concierge Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the concierge team, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of concierge staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Train new staff members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the concierge team, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions as necessary
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about telecommunications products and services offered by the company
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service and telecommunications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role in the telecommunications industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities and a proven track record of team management
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
