Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Manager to oversee and manage healthcare construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, particularly within the healthcare sector, and demonstrate a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure successful execution of healthcare construction projects.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, architects, and subcontractors, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication throughout all phases of the project.

- Quality Assurance: Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards specific to healthcare facilities. Implement quality control measures to guarantee the highest standards of work.

- Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring all expenditures are tracked and reported accurately. Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and safety standards.

- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, providing regular project updates and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

- Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with construction activities, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure that all project activities are executed in a safe and compliant manner.

- Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with various teams to ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables.

- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports, ensuring all records are organized and accessible.

- Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project performance and implement lessons learned to improve processes and increase efficiency for future healthcare construction projects.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on healthcare projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations pertaining to healthcare facilities in Dubai.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with healthcare facility design and construction standards is a significant advantage.
