We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Consumer Advocate to join our team in Dubai. As a Consumer Advocate, you will be responsible for representing the interests of consumers within our manufacturing company. You will serve as the voice of the consumer, advocating for their needs and concerns to ensure that our products and services meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve consumer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Act as a liaison between consumers and the company, providing information and assistance as needed
- Monitor and analyze consumer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement changes and enhancements based on consumer feedback
- Educate consumers about their rights and responsibilities, as well as the company's policies and procedures
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices related to consumer advocacy

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in consumer advocacy or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of consumer protection laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
