We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Consumer Rights Advocate Assistant in the Transportation and Logistics industry. As a Consumer Rights Advocate Assistant, you will work closely with the Consumer Rights Advocate to ensure that consumer rights are protected and upheld within the transportation and logistics sector in Sharjah.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Consumer Rights Advocate in investigating and resolving consumer complaints related to transportation and logistics services
- Conduct research on consumer rights laws and regulations in Sharjah and stay up-to-date on any changes or updates
- Assist in liaising with transportation companies and logistics providers to address consumer complaints and issues
- Help in drafting and submitting reports on consumer rights violations and resolutions
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure compliance with consumer rights laws and regulations
- Provide support in organizing consumer rights awareness campaigns and events in Sharjah
- Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining records, scheduling meetings, and responding to emails
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the transportation and logistics industry
- Knowledge of consumer rights laws and regulations in Sharjah
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
