We are seeking a skilled Contract Negotiator to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The Contract Negotiator will be responsible for negotiating, drafting, and finalizing agreements with vendors, suppliers, and other partners in the manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company
- Review and analyze contract terms to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with various departments within the organization to ensure that contract terms align with business objectives
- Monitor contract performance and compliance to ensure that all parties are meeting their obligations
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in contract negotiation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in contract negotiation within the manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
