We are seeking a Contracts Operations Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the education sector. The Contracts Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and optimizing contract performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement contract management policies and procedures
- Lead contract negotiations and review terms and conditions
- Monitor contract performance and ensure adherence to deadlines and deliverables
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on contract terms and objectives
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve any contract disputes or issues
- Conduct regular audits of contracts to identify areas for improvement and cost savings
- Provide guidance and support to team members on contract management best practices
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to contract management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
- [X] years of experience in contract management, procurement, or related field
- Strong knowledge of contract law and regulations
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
