We are seeking a talented and experienced Corporate Communications Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for agriculture and a strong background in corporate communications.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate communications strategy to support the company's goals and objectives
- Manage all internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, website content, and social media
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, industry influencers, and government officials
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
- Organize and coordinate events, such as press conferences, trade shows, and corporate meetings
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, videos, and presentations
- Manage crisis communications and issues management as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in corporate communications, preferably in the agriculture industry
- Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven track record of successful media relations and public relations campaigns
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other communications tools
- Arabic language skills are a plus
