We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Operations Program Manager to join our Manufacturing company based in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our corporate operations programs to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement corporate operations strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Lead and manage a team of operations professionals to ensure smooth and effective operations across all departments
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align corporate operations programs with overall business objectives
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for corporate operations programs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Identify and mitigate operational risks to prevent disruptions and ensure business continuity
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance operational effectiveness
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of corporate operations programs

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- [X] years of experience in corporate operations management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of successfully implementing operational improvements
- Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements
