We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and management within the Information Technology industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Handle escalated customer complaints and provide resolutions in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care management
- Prepare regular reports on customer care performance and metrics for senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
