We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Care Operations Manager to join our telecommunications company based in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the customer care department, ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer care policies and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze customer care KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer service delivery.
- Manage a team of customer care representatives, providing coaching and support to ensure that team members are equipped to deliver excellent customer service.
- Oversee the resolution of escalated customer issues and complaints, working closely with other departments to find solutions and prevent reoccurrence.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and identify opportunities for cross-functional process improvements.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer care operations in the telecommunications industry.
- Proven experience in managing a team of customer care representatives and driving performance improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
