We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience
- Lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure quality service delivery
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
- Monitor and evaluate customer service performance metrics
- Develop and implement training programs for customer service representatives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer experience management
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or customer experience management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully implementing customer experience initiatives
- Experience working in the Information Technology industry is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
