We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Relations Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a background in the Aerospace and Defense industry and a passion for building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Proactively address customer needs and ensure timely resolution of any issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth project delivery
- Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion within existing customer base
- Conduct regular meetings and communication with customers to gather feedback and address any concerns
- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention rates

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- [X] years of experience in customer relations or account management, preferably in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful customer relationships
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
