We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Success Manager Assistant to join our team in the Transportation and Logistics industry in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide support to the Customer Success Manager in managing customer relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Customer Success Manager in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition process
- Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor customer accounts and proactively reach out to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Assist in analyzing customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on customer satisfaction metrics and key performance indicators
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- [X] years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the Transportation and Logistics industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
