We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customs Broker to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The Customs Broker will be responsible for facilitating the smooth and efficient clearance of goods through customs, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to gather all necessary documentation and information for customs clearance
- Prepare and submit all required paperwork to customs authorities
- Coordinate with shipping companies and other stakeholders to ensure timely clearance of goods
- Stay up-to-date on changes in customs regulations and ensure compliance with all laws and regulations
- Resolve any issues or delays in customs clearance process
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on customs related matters

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Customs Broker in the Real Estate industry
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
