We are seeking a detail-oriented and vigilant individual to join our team as a Casino Surveillance Operator Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with the Surveillance Operator to monitor all areas of the casino floor to ensure the safety and security of guests and employees.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Surveillance Operator in monitoring all areas of the casino floor using CCTV cameras
- Report any suspicious behavior or activities to the Surveillance Operator
- Assist in conducting investigations and gathering evidence when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of all surveillance activities
- Assist in training new surveillance team members on proper procedures and protocols
- Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report any issues to the appropriate personnel
- Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure gaming environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in a surveillance or security role
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance equipment
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience in a casino or gaming environment
- Certification in surveillance or security training programs
