We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Channel Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Channel Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding our channel partner network in the region, with a focus on driving sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement channel strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
- Identify and recruit new channel partners, while maintaining and growing existing relationships
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans and go-to-market strategies
- Provide training, support, and resources to channel partners to ensure successful sales outcomes
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to align channel activities with overall business objectives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- [X] years of experience in channel management or sales in the IT industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing channel partner relationships and driving sales growth
- Strong understanding of IT products and services, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
