Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Channel Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Channel Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing channel strategies to drive sales and increase market share in the consumer goods industry. You will work closely with distributors, retailers, and other channel partners to ensure the successful distribution and promotion of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute channel strategies to achieve sales targets and market share goals
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach
- Manage relationships with existing channel partners to drive sales growth
- Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotions and campaigns to support channel partners
- Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure product knowledge and brand awareness
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform channel strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- [4-8] years of experience in channel management or sales in the consumer goods industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving channel growth
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
