We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Communications Officer (CCO) to join our construction company based in Dubai. The CCO will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance the company's brand and reputation within the construction industry
- Create and manage all internal and external communication channels, including press releases, social media, and website content
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets, industry influencers, and government agencies
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies
- Lead a team of communication professionals to ensure the successful execution of communication initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve communication efforts

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a communications role, preferably within the construction industry
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication strategies
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
