We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management within the consumer goods industry and possess exceptional leadership and program management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
- Lead and manage a team of operations managers and specialists to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts to optimize processes and maximize productivity.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges and opportunities.
- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on operational performance and project milestones.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex programs and projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
