We are currently seeking a skilled Claims Representative to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing claims related to real estate properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and evaluate property damage claims
- Review insurance policies and determine coverage
- Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and other parties involved in the claims process
- Negotiate settlements with claimants
- Keep detailed records of all claim activities
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the claims process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in claims processing, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies and claims procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
