Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Claims Representative to join our dynamic team in Dubai, specializing in the energy sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the claims process from inception to resolution, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the energy industry's unique challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

- Claims Management: Handle all aspects of the claims process including the initial investigation, documentation, assessment, and negotiation of claims related to energy projects and operations.

- Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and addressing any inquiries or concerns regarding their claims.

- Documentation Review: Analyze claims submissions, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate. Identify missing information and work with clients to obtain required documentation.

- Investigation and Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations into claims to determine validity, including collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather information.

- Negotiation: Negotiate settlements with clients, adjusters, and legal representatives, ensuring outcomes align with company policies and industry standards.

- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all claims processes comply with local regulations, company policies, and industry best practices. Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on claims status and trends.

- Collaboration: Work closely with underwriting, legal, and risk management teams to provide insights and recommendations for improving claims processes and minimizing future risks.

- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices in claims management within the energy sector.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in claims management, preferably within the energy sector.
- Strong understanding of insurance principles and practices, particularly related to energy operations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficient in using claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
