We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Clinical Data Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The Clinical Data Manager will be responsible for overseeing the collection, analysis, and management of clinical trial data in a retail setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data management plans for clinical trials in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Oversee the collection, cleaning, and validation of clinical trial data
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the data management process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data reporting
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for data management processes
- Perform quality control checks on clinical trial data to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Generate reports and data listings for clinical trial monitoring and analysis
- Participate in regulatory inspections and audits as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field

- Proficiency in database management systems and data analysis tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for clinical trials
