We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all clinical operations within our Aerospace and Defense division, ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clinical operations strategies to support the overall business objectives
- Manage and coordinate all clinical activities, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of clinical staff
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in clinical operations
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Healthcare Management, Business Administration)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical operations management within the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards in healthcare
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing clinical operations projects
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
