We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Officer to join our team in Dubai within the Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance within the financial industry and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in line with local regulations and industry best practices
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Monitor and investigate any suspicious activities or violations of compliance standards
- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance matters
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure timely reporting of any compliance issues
- Stay up to date on changes in regulations and industry trends to ensure the company remains compliant

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related field

- Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
