Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our retail construction projects in Dubai. The Construction Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail construction and a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and construction plans
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Monitor progress and ensure that construction projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Communicate regularly with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed on site

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- [5-8] years of experience in retail construction
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Dubai
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools
