We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Consumer Rights Advocate Assistant in Sharjah. As a key member of our Aerospace and Defense company, you will be responsible for supporting the Consumer Rights Advocate in advocating for consumer rights and ensuring fair treatment for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Consumer Rights Advocate in investigating and resolving consumer complaints
- Researching and analyzing consumer protection laws and regulations
- Collaborating with internal teams to address consumer issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Providing support in preparing reports and presentations on consumer rights issues
- Communicating with customers to gather feedback and address concerns in a timely manner
- Assisting in organizing consumer rights awareness campaigns and events
- Maintaining accurate records of consumer complaints and resolutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field
- Strong understanding of consumer protection laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in consumer advocacy or customer service is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
