We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Customer Experience Manager in the Aerospace and Defense industry, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional level of service and support for our clients in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and ensure their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with internal departments to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience
- Analyze customer data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business
- Manage a team of customer service representatives and provide guidance and support as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- [X] years of experience in customer service or account management, preferably in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and improving customer satisfaction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent in English, Arabic language skills are a plus
