We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Relations Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining excellent relationships with our clients in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements where necessary
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
- Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and analyze results
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer relations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer relations within the financial services industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
