We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Relations Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the transportation and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and engagement
- Act as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products to customers
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on customer relations activities and performance
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer relations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- [X] years of experience in customer relations or a similar role in the transportation and logistics industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
