Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service, preferably within the healthcare sector, and will be committed to providing exceptional support to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services, appointment scheduling, billing procedures, and insurance queries.
- Assist patients in navigating the healthcare system, ensuring they receive the necessary care and support.
- Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism while addressing patient concerns and complaints.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient experiences.
- Process patient registrations, verify insurance details, and manage medical records accurately.
- Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding issues.
- Assist in the development of customer service procedures and best practices to enhance patient experiences.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare services, policies, and technologies.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to improve customer service skills and healthcare knowledge.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is a plus.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient-centric approach to service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with healthcare management software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
