We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Case Manager to join our team in Ajman. The Case Manager will be responsible for working with customers and clients to ensure that their needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service possible. This position will require strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of customers and clients, ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
- Coordinate with other departments within the company to provide a seamless customer experience
- Develop and implement individualized service plans for each customer or client
- Monitor progress and outcomes for each case, making adjustments as needed
- Provide support and guidance to customers and clients throughout the entire process
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate records of each case
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in case management or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
