Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Casino Surveillance Operator to join our team in Dubai. The Casino Surveillance Operator will be responsible for monitoring all areas of the casino, including gaming floors, cash handling areas, and other public spaces to ensure the safety and security of all guests and employees. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in surveillance or security roles within a casino or similar environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor all areas of the casino using CCTV cameras and other surveillance equipment
- Identify and report any suspicious or illegal activity to casino management and local authorities
- Maintain accurate records of all surveillance activities and incidents
- Assist in investigations of internal theft, fraud, and other security breaches
- Work closely with other casino staff to ensure a safe and secure gaming environment
- Provide support to casino security personnel as needed

Requirements:

- Previous experience in surveillance or security roles within a casino or similar environment
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in surveillance or security training programs
- Experience working in a high-energy, fast-paced casino environment
