We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our healthcare organization in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in the healthcare industry being a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all financial transactions for the healthcare organization, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with audit requirements.
- Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings as required.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes to support financial planning.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
- [X] years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in financial management software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
