We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) to lead our sustainability initiatives in the education sector in Dubai. The CSO will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable practices and strategies to promote environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and economic viability within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy aligned with the organization's mission and goals.
- Conduct regular sustainability assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and track progress towards sustainability goals.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior management, staff, students, and external partners, to promote sustainability awareness and engagement.
- Lead the development and implementation of sustainability-related policies, programs, and initiatives.
- Monitor and report on key sustainability metrics and performance indicators to track progress and ensure accountability.
- Stay informed about current sustainability trends, best practices, and regulations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Cultivate relationships with external organizations, government agencies, and community partners to enhance sustainability efforts and leverage resources.
- Lead sustainability education and training initiatives to build capacity and promote a culture of sustainability within the organization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science, business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- [X] years of experience in sustainability management, environmental stewardship, or corporate social responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of sustainability principles, practices, and standards.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing sustainability strategies and initiatives.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and build consensus around sustainability goals.
