We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Coaching Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As a Coaching Assistant in the Aerospace and Defense industry, you will be responsible for supporting the coaching team in developing and delivering training programs for employees in various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and implementing coaching programs for employees at all levels within the organization
- Support the coaching team in delivering one-on-one coaching sessions to employees
- Collaborate with team members to create training materials and resources for coaching sessions
- Help organize and facilitate group coaching sessions and workshops
- Provide administrative support for the coaching team, including scheduling appointments and maintaining coaching records
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of coaching programs and making recommendations for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in coaching and training to ensure the programs remain current and relevant

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Previous experience in a coaching or training role in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of coaching and training methodologies
