We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Coaching Assistant to join our team in Dubai within the construction industry. The Coaching Assistant will work closely with the construction team to provide support and guidance in various projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the construction team in planning, coordinating, and executing various construction projects
- Provide support in organizing and conducting training sessions for construction workers
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for enhancing performance
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating the progress of construction projects
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to construction activities
- Provide support in resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during construction projects
- Assist in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards on construction sites
- Support the team in fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the construction industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of construction processes and techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
