We are seeking a talented and experienced Communications Operations Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a background in the construction industry and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement communication strategies to promote the company's projects and initiatives
- Manage all internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, and social media content
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms
- Monitor media coverage and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets and industry influencers
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements
- Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
