We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Communications Operations Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The Communications Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all communications operations within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement communication strategies to promote the company's products and services
- Manage all internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, and social media
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
- Lead a team of communications professionals to execute communication plans and initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communication and public relations
- Handle crisis communication and manage any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic communication plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications or public relations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience developing and implementing communication strategies
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Experience with crisis communication and issues management
