We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Administrator to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for managing all aspects of contracts, agreements, and related documents to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze contracts and agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, vendors, and partners
- Draft and prepare contract documents, addendums, and amendments
- Maintain contract files and records in an organized and efficient manner
- Monitor contract deadlines and milestones to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to facilitate contract execution
- Resolve contract disputes and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Provide support and guidance to team members on contract-related matters

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Law, or related field
- [X] years of experience in contract administration in the Real Estate industry
- Strong knowledge of contract laws, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
